What's your return and exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If the product is damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll gladly resolve the issue with you if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items need to be returned within 21 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Opened and/or used products
  • Perishable products

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.


Processing Time

Due to our commitment to high quality small batches, we require time to create our products. Our average processing time is 2-5 days prior to shipping.


Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
